Refund & Return Policy

We value your trust and want you to feel confident when shopping for drones and drone accessories at United UAV. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returning items and requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products such as drones and drone accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Certain products (e.g., customized drones, software, or consumable parts like propellers and batteries) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process

 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our support team.

Once the returned drone or drone accessory is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund status.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the returned drone or accessory shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect drone or drone accessory, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

5. Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns of drones and drone accessories.

United UAV is not responsible for lost return shipments.
