DJI FlyCart 100, also called DJI FC100, is an enterprise cargo drone for transporting supplies and equipment across challenging terrain. Its foldable airframe combines a coaxial propulsion layout with a choice of delivery systems, helping teams plan aerial logistics around the load and destination.
Heavy-load performance with dual batteries
DJI specifies a maximum payload of 85 kg in dual-battery operation at sea level. For the dual-battery lifting configuration, that allowance includes the battery compartment, related accessories, lifting cable and hook. The DJI Delivery App calculates the recommended load for the aircraft's condition and mission; usable cargo weight must stay within that recommendation.
At a 149.9 kg takeoff weight, DJI reports up to 12 km flight distance with two batteries. This figure was measured at sea level in windless, 25°C conditions, flying at an optimal constant speed until the batteries reached 0%. It is a test result rather than a planned delivery radius; practical routes require battery reserves and adjustments for conditions.
Two compatible delivery systems
DJI FlyCart 100 Flagship Winch System: Provides a cable extending up to 30 metres, retrieval at up to 1.2 m/s, an electrically controlled hook, real-time weighing and automatic balance control.
DJI Dual-Battery Lifting System: Supports suspended loads with real-time weighing, automatic balance control and an emergency cable-cut function.
These are compatible payload systems. The aircraft, battery quantity, charging equipment and delivery hardware supplied with an order depend on the confirmed configuration.
Environmental sensing and field operation
LiDAR, millimetre-wave radar and a five-camera vision system help the operator assess the surroundings. An integrated parachute provides an additional emergency measure. Sensing and parachute performance depend on operating conditions and do not remove the need for flight planning and operator oversight.
The aircraft operates from -20°C to 40°C and has an IP55 rating. That rating excludes the propulsion system and can decline with wear. Dual-battery redundancy and battery hot-swapping support repeated field operations.
Flight control and delivery coordination
DJI RC Plus 2 offers a bright 7-inch display, while O4 transmission provides the control and video link. The DJI Delivery App and DJI DeliveryHub support delivery workflows. Dual Controller Mode allows pilots to transfer control; a second controller is sold separately.
