DJI FlyCart 30 is a foldable enterprise drone designed to move cargo where ground transport is difficult. Its four-arm, eight-propeller layout supports aerial delivery for field operations, with a cargo case for enclosed loads and an optional winch for locations where landing is impractical.
Carry up to 30 kg with dual batteries
In dual-battery operation, FlyCart 30 supports a maximum 30 kg payload at sea level. DJI reports a maximum flight distance of 16 km with that load, or 28 km without a payload. These distances were measured at a constant 15 m/s in windless sea-level conditions until the displayed battery level reached 0%. They are test figures rather than delivery radii; plan routes with adequate reserves and follow the aircraft's return-to-home prompts. Load capacity decreases at higher takeoff altitudes.
Cargo and winch delivery modes
Cargo mode uses a 70-litre EPP case with an aluminium alloy frame. Weight sensing helps the operator check the load before departure.
The optional DJI FlyCart 30 Winch System Kit provides a 20-metre cable and a maximum retrieval speed of 0.8 m/s. It supports manual and automatic operation, load weighing, touchdown release, swing control and emergency cable cutting. DJI advises against enabling swing control on windy days. The winch kit is sold separately.
Awareness and protection in the field
Active phased-array radar and binocular vision assist obstacle sensing, while an adjustable FPV gimbal camera provides a view of the route. A built-in ADS-B receiver alerts operators to compatible crewed aircraft nearby. Sensor performance depends on visibility, surfaces and operating conditions.
Dual batteries and an integrated parachute add redundancy and emergency protection. The parachute requires sufficient deployment height; DJI lists a minimum opening height of 60 metres. FlyCart 30 operates from -20°C to 45°C and is rated IP55. This rating excludes the propulsion system and can decline with wear.
Control and delivery coordination
DJI RC Plus combines a bright 7-inch display with physical controls. O3 transmission, DJI Pilot 2 and DJI DeliveryHub support flight operation and delivery coordination. Dual Operator Mode allows control handover between pilots; a second controller is a separate purchase.
Compatible DB2000 flight batteries support self-heating and hot-swapping, and the C8000 charger supports charging two batteries. Battery quantities, charging equipment and optional accessories should be confirmed for the selected supply package.
