The UNITED UAV T-MOTOR P80 III Without Pin KV120 is a heavy-duty P-Type motor for large agricultural drones and commercial multirotor platforms. With a published maximum thrust of 18.2kg, it is positioned for aircraft that require substantially more lift capacity than the smaller P60 family.

The P80 III combines a 91.6mm-diameter motor body, a 36N42P magnetic layout and a 15mm shaft in a protected industrial design. It is intended for spraying, spreading and plant-protection platforms that operate around water, pesticide mist, mud and dust. The protected exterior helps limit contamination while precision manufacturing supports stable rotation and long service life.

Designed for Demanding Field Environments

Commercial agricultural aircraft are repeatedly assembled, transported and operated close to crops and liquid application equipment. The P80 III addresses those conditions with a structure designed for water resistance, dust resistance, impact resistance and corrosion protection. These characteristics help reduce exposure to foreign material and spray residue, but normal cleaning and inspection are still required after field use.

The enclosed P-Series appearance also protects core motor areas from pesticides and airborne debris. At the same time, the motor must receive sufficient airflow in the completed airframe. Installation should not block cooling paths or place hoses, wiring or covers where they can interfere with the rotating assembly.

Stable High-Thrust Architecture

The 36N42P configuration is designed to support smooth operation under the sustained loads produced by large agricultural propellers. A stable motor reduces unnecessary vibration transmitted into the arms, payload tank and avionics. The motor weighs approximately 649g including its cable and uses 14AWG silicone leads for the high-current propulsion circuit.

The P80 III can be used with suitable carbon-fiber or conventional propellers when the correct adapter is fitted. It is also designed for compatibility with matching quick-release propeller hardware. Always verify the exact hub, adapter, rotation direction and fastener arrangement before flight.

120KV Power-System Profile

The 120KV winding delivers the higher-output P80 III electrical profile while retaining the 6–12S LiPo range. Its published limits of 3600W and 70A peak current for 180 seconds suit propulsion systems that need more power reserve than the 100KV configuration.

Without Pin Configuration

This is the without-pin version for propulsion assemblies that use the corresponding non-pin attachment arrangement. Confirm the aircraft-side hub, propeller adapter and mounting hardware before purchase.

Pin and without-pin models should be treated as separate mechanical configurations. The KV value describes the winding, while the pin selection describes the physical attachment arrangement; both must match the intended propulsion system.

Recommended Applications

The motor is suitable for large agricultural spraying UAVs, fertilizer-spreading drones, crop-protection aircraft and custom industrial multirotors that fall within its voltage, current, propeller and thrust envelope. Its higher thrust capability makes it useful where the aircraft must carry tanks, pumps, distribution equipment or other mission hardware.

Use the maximum-thrust figure only as a design reference. Actual aircraft performance changes with propeller selection, battery voltage, ESC tuning, ambient temperature, altitude, arm stiffness, airflow and takeoff weight. A complete propulsion test should be performed on the final airframe before operational deployment.

Integration and Maintenance Guidance

Select an ESC, propeller and wiring system rated for the chosen 120KV configuration. Inspect mounting bolts, shaft condition, cables and connectors before each operating cycle. Bearings should be checked regularly and lubricated according to the propulsion-system maintenance plan to reduce friction and wear. Clean off pesticide or mud residue, allow the motor to dry, and investigate any abnormal noise, vibration or heat before the next flight.
