There is no need to manually select parameters, reducing human error and speeding up turnaround between missions. For operators using non-G-Tech batteries, the TA1000 offers full manual control over battery chemistry (LiPo/LiHV), cell count (1-7S), charging current, and working mode through its intuitive button interface and LCD display.
Each of the two channels operates with complete independence, delivering up to 25A and 500W per channel. This means you can charge a 6S racing pack on Channel A while simultaneously topping off a 4S industrial battery on Channel B, with no cross-interference. The charger also features a storage mode with balanced discharge capability (6A per channel), allowing you to safely prepare batteries for long-term storage. Comprehensive protection circuitry guards against over-temperature, over-current, overcharge, disconnection, and reverse polarity, while the real-time LCD interface displays individual cell voltages, internal resistance, and voltage differential for complete transparency during every charge cycle.

Charging G-Tech Smart Batteries

For batteries equipped with G-Tech technology, the TA1000 offers a streamlined, automated charging experience. Begin by connecting the battery’s discharge lead to an available XT90 channel on the charger, utilizing an adapter if necessary to ensure a secure fit. Next, link the G-Tech balance connector to the corresponding balance port. A successful handshake is confirmed when the Tattu icon on the primary display illuminates in yellow. Once communication is established, the system bypasses the need for manual parameter entry and initiates the optimized charging cycle automatically after a 6-second countdown. To halt the process at any time, simply press and hold the specific channel button. Please note that both the power and balance connections must be fully engaged for the intelligent charging sequence to activate.

Charging Standard (Non-G-Tech) Batteries

When charging conventional LiPo or LiHV packs, the TA1000 provides full manual control to ensure precision and safety. First, interface the battery's discharge plug with the charger's XT90 port (or use a compatible adapter cable) and connect the standard balance lead to the adjacent balance port. Unlike the smart series, these batteries require the operator to define the charging parameters manually. Use the navigation buttons to toggle through and select the correct battery chemistry, target current, and desired operational mode based on the manufacturer’s specifications. To begin the charging session, press and hold the CHA or CHB button. The operation can be paused at any moment by holding down the channel button. Ensuring both connectors are properly seated is essential, as the charger will not initiate power delivery if either connection is missing.
